🎄 Holiday Season Notice 🎄
Planning to go away over Christmas? Our final check-in for the year is Wednesday 23 December 2026. We won’t be doing any check-ins or check-outs between Christmas and New Year, and we’ll reopen for both on Sunday 3 January 2027.
Finding the Right Fit
We know we may not be the right fit for every owner and pet, and that's completely okay. If we're fully booked, or we're just not quite the right match for you or your pet, we're always happy to recommend other boarding options.
Small Paws & Whiskers also services the Darling Downs, with a focus on small to small-medium breed dogs and cats. It's another boarding option we'd be happy to use ourselves, and one we're glad to recommend.

Christmas & Public Holidays
We're working 365 days a year, caring for our guests every day, rain, hail, or shine, including Christmas Day, birthdays, and everything in between.
To give our family a short break from the busy rhythm of check-ins and check-outs, we close to the public on public holidays and over the Christmas period. We're still here looking after our guests as usual, It gives us a short pause from the busiest part of our days, and a calmer rhythm while we care for our guests, without the comings and goings of check-ins and check-outs.
Christmas Closure Dates Each Year:
Last drop-off: 23 December
Re-opening for pick-ups and drop-offs: 3 January
Guests booked over the Christmas period stay with us for the whole Christmas/New Year block.
